Laravel SaaS provides a starter kit / boilerplate for building SaaS applications with Laravel. Upon purchase, you receive access to download the source code and any future updates included in your plan.

3. Account Registration

To access purchased products, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed at checkout and may change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You agree to provide accurate billing information.

5. License and Usage

• Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the source code for your own projects.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source code with others.
• You may not create derivative products that compete directly with the Service.
• The license is granted per individual or per team, depending on the plan purchased.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the source code has been granted. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve them.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding associated with the Service are owned by Laravel SaaS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a usage license, not ownership of the intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laravel SaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately.
